В этой статье мы рассмотрим, на что преимущественно обращают внимание в международных компаниях, а также узнаем, какие каверзные вопросы вам, скорее всего, зададут на собеседовании.
Итак, на что преимущественно обращают внимание в международных компаниях:
- В международных компаниях, как и в России, много внимания обращают на качественно оформленное CV, с акцентом на выполненные проекты и задачи.
- Больше внимания, чем в России, акцентируется на соответствие ценностям компании и неразглашение конфиденциальной информации
- Меньше внимания, чем в России, на образование и запись в трудовой книжке. Кстати, трудовых книжек вообще нет. Если нужно проверить опыт — звонят кому-то из рабочих контактов напрямую. Часто бывает, что звонят заказчику или коллеге напрямую, вместо человека, чей номер указан для связи.

- Did you have any conflicts in your previous job?
- Have you ever solved a problem in extraordinary way?
- Describe an ideal supervisor you are ready to work with.

Or I know whether it is important for my profession to have one and I know how to create and fill in such a profile, for example on LinkedIn. • I can present myself effectively and concisely. I know the difference between self-presentation and an autobiography. • I understand what type of questions I can be asked at a job interview and I have an idea on how to answer them. • I've practiced answering interview questions in English. My English is good enough to let me understand interview questions and answer them. • I know how to present my achievements effectively. I can make a list of my most important achievements in the recent 5-7 years. I can provide concrete results of my achievements (including figures). I know why I consider them achievements and not just completed tasks. • I know about my weaknesses and I can answer interview questions about them. I know how to describe my negative experience in a favourable light. • I don't get lost when I'm asked tricky questions, for example, questions about my salary expectations or failures. • I'm ready to do all actions above in English. I realise I don't need the level of Shakespeare, it's enough to express my ideas clearly. I know simple constructions and helpful expressions. I'm not afraid of making mistakes in English.
